Rajnish is heading the firm’s Civil and Commercial practice. Prior to co-founding the firm, he was having a full-fledged independent practice including a year of practice at the firm Bhachawat & Associates. During his stint at Bhachawat & Associates, he had enjoyed a good level of autonomy and responsibility, working independently and with co-associates to deliver quality legal work for the clients.

As an independent practitioner, he has extensively worked in the areas of Civil, Consumer, Business, Election, Mercantile & Service Laws and has the experience of arguing a wide range of cases in various forums from the District Courts, Tribunals to the High Court of Delhi as well the Supreme Court of India.

He has an extensive experience in handling commercial (arbitration & bankruptcy), property and family disputes. He is equally thorough with IT laws and procedures related with the same. He has also advised new startups on issues like formation of a partnership, registration of a company, sharing of rights, liabilities and transfer of shares among founders and others.

He has been empanelled by University of Delhi, NBCC, IFCI and other statutory organizations, as their panel counsel to represent them before various Courts of law. He has been empanelled as a Receiver/Local Commissioner by the Courts of Law in Delhi and has been providing his assistance in various matters to the Hon’ble Courts. His articles on various legal and social issues are also published in a leading journals and newspapers. He runs his own YouTube channel Legal With Rajnish – YouTube for the awareness of the common people on legal and social issues.

Recently he was given the Indian Achievers’ Award, 2021-22 for Young Entrepreneur by the Indian Achievers’ Forum.
